Personal checks for cottage rentals will only be accepted if received at least 3 weeks prior to your reservation date.  

When making reservations, kindly enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your deposit to ensure confirmation.

Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed under any circumstances without forfeiting the deposit on the original cottage.

If you must cancel your reservation, please try to do so as early as possible.  If we are able to rent the cottage at the full rental price, you will be refunded your deposit less a $25.00 service fee.  Otherwise, you forfeit the entire deposit.

Important:  The cottages are limited to the number of persons specified.  Overcrowding is grounds for cottage cancellation and eviction.  Number of occupants will be monitored. TENTS AND CAMPERS are not allowed.  Everyone must sleep inside the cottage.

Absolutely no pets permitted.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Cottages are rented from 2:00 pm Saturday to 11:00 am the following Saturday unless otherwise stated.  Tenants not observing these times will be charged additional fees.

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.  If you are unable to arrive before 4:00 pm, please notify the office by phone so that special arrangements can be made for you.

Escrow monies will generally be returned (checks voided) within 30 days of departure.  Notification of monies retained for damages and cottages left unclean will be sent in a timely manner.

Beach passes may be purchased at Midway Beach from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm for $35.00 per family of 4 per week (prices are subject to change without notice), $5.00 for each additional passes.

Cottages are generally furnished with everything necessary for a vacation stay except for linens and blankets.  However you may wish to bring your favorite coffee pot and or frying pan.

Groups of young people must obtain specific permission from the owner before cottage will be rented to such group and then only if properly chaperoned.

The owner or rental agent reserves the right to evict noisy, destructive or disorderly tenants without notice.  Rent will be forfeited and any damage done must be paid for.  Please respect the owner's property.

All cottages must be left neat and clean.

To Reserve A Cottage
We recommend that you call for reservations Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Please be prepared to give your name, address, telephone number and several cottages and dates that would suit your vacation needs.  This is necessary as your first choice may not be available.  Upon telephone confirmation of a cottage, you will have ten days to return a non-refundable deposit of 50 percent to hold that cottage until your occupancy.

What To Bring
Cottages are furnished except for bed, bath, and kitchen linens.  If you have small children, kindly protect mattresses with rubber sheeting.

You should bring sheets, pillow cases, blankets, bath linens and kitchen linens.

All cottages are equipped with a refrigerator, gas or electric stove for cooking, and complete bath with either tub or shower or both.

Cooking and eating utensils will be provided according to the owner's discretion.  You may wish to bring your own favorite coffee pot and/or frying pan.

You will also need to bring your own soap, paper products and any detergents and cleaning supplies.

Check Out Procedures    
    1. The cottage must be left in the same clean condition as found upon arrival.
    2.  Dishes are to be washed and put away.  All fans and lights need to be turned off.
    3.  All trash must be placed in proper receptacles using your own garbage bags.
    4.  Beds need to be made, windows and doors closed and locked.
    5.  You must vacate your vacation cottage and the keys returned to the office no later than 11:00 am to avoid being charged a penalty fee.
