All cottages are
individually owned and furnished according to each owner's
preference. All are fully furnished with equipped
kitchens (cooking utensils, dishes, flatware and glasses),
refrigerators and ranges. Bed, bath and kitchen linens
are not provided. |

| Absolutely No
pets are allowed. If you bring along the family pet,
your security deposit will be forfeited! If the pet
is discovered while you are here, your lease will be terminated
immediately without refund |

No appliances or
televisions are guaranteed. There will be no refunds
on appliance or television failures. The owners try
to keep these in good working condition and any failure
will be repaired as quickly as possible. |

ESCROW
DEPOSITS
Upon check-in your Security Deposit becomes a Cleaning/
Damage Deposit. This deposit is returned 1 month
after your departure providing the rental has been left
clean and no damages found upon inspection. |

TENANT
RESPONSIBLE FOR
Each tenant is expected to use the unit with the same consideration
they would use their own home. The cottage must be
left clean and undamaged. Any and all discrepancies
must be reported the day of check-in. Otherwise we
will assume the condition occurred during your stay. |

|
|
There will be a
$25.00 service charge for all returned checks. All
unpaid Monies will be turned over to the District Magistrate's
Office. |
|
|
|

|
